At Luxie Living, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates:

  • Calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Issues With Delivery:

  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us at Melinda@luxieliving.org or call/text (940) 453-1660. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

OUR HANDBLOWN GLASS DELIVERY

Each custom etched glass piece is thoughtfully crafted. If not currently available at our Denton storefront, please allow up to 6 weeks for completion and delivery. We promise it’s worth the wait. Orders not available at our store will be shipped directly to your address.

  • Local Pickup Option

    For our local customers, we’re happy to offer in-store pickup when items are available at our store. If you’d like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, please contact us directly by email Melinda@luxieliving.org or call/text (940) 453-1660 to confirm stock and arrange pickup details.

  • Processing Time
    Most orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.
  • Delivery Time
    Depending on location of available products, delivery could take up to 6 weeks (if not available in our Denton store).  If available in our Denton store, orders should be delivered via standard shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Tracking
    You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order ships. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
  • Returns
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
